In my world, Thanksgiving simply isn?t complete without pumpkin pie. I make the same Libby?s Famous Pumpkin Pie recipe every year, but this year one of my guests has a dairy allergy. Honestly, in the midst of holiday dinner preparation, the thought of baking anything without butter and milk is just too overwhelming. Luckily, Edible Flours started offering vegan pumpkin pies earlier this week! You can buy the entire pie or just a slice. They also have Pumpkin Spice Cupcakes.
